Staff Development
Our particular programmes help service organisations train their staff to work safely within safeguarding procedures with children and vulnerable adults. The programmes are for circumstances that range from high contact where staff are working continuously with children and vulnerable adults in offending organisations, residential settings or in their own homes to the occasional but frequent contact of service engineers, buildings operatives or careers to the occasional constant contact by security guards or receptionist personnel in corporate buildings, courts or shopping centres.
Service Transformation
Amongst our other services, we provide support to implementing organisational change around safeguarding, writing and/or reviewing organisational policies for effectiveness. We set up and run professional development programmes for a range of staff including induction for new starters.
